In these Terms and Conditions the following terms shall have the meanings as set out below:

“Seller” shall mean Raybon putters Limited

“Buyer” shall mean any person, partnership or body corporate detailed in the relevant section of the sales invoice/ online order form/delivery note

“Calendar Day” shall mean any day including Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays

“Goods” shall mean the item(s) detailed in the appropriate section of the sales invoice/online order form/delivery note

“Price” shall mean the sum due to the Seller from the Buyer for the Goods and shall [include/exclude Value Added Tax] at the appropriate rate unless otherwise stated


The Buyer must observe and comply with all applicable customs, import or other permits for the purchase of the Goods from our website. The Buyer will accept all responsibility and liability for the payment of any customs, import or other taxes in their jurisdiction of residence upon receipt of the Goods from us.

Duties Tax are chargeable for orders shipped to countries where duty taxes are applicable. The amount of duty tax charged is based on the country we are shipping too. The buyer will be responsible for paying duties before receiving the item and will be contact by customs office of their country to do so. Duties and taxes are not included in the price we display.


Exchanges & returns of Goods will not be accepted by the Seller due to the custom nature of the Goods. If a problem relating to the customisation of the Goods exists, the Buyer may return the Goods for repair or alteration to the Seller, but no refunds will be given. The return of any Goods to the Seller will be at the Buyers own expense. The Buyer must notify the Seller of their intention to return the Goods for repair or alteration within 14 Calendar Days of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer. The Goods if returned by the Buyer to the Seller for repair or alteration must not be in a used state.


All Prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.

Where we charge separately for packaging, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates will be displayed to you prior to placing your order.

Our prices are reviewed at our discretion.


Please note the dispatch times before you proceed. The amount of time the Goods will take whilst in transit may vary depending on the delivery jurisdiction, but all tracking details will be sent once the Goods are dispatched by the Seller.

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. The Seller will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the Goods you have ordered. The Buyer accepts all responsibility for ensuring that the order is correct. If the order is incorrect the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately.

The acceptance of an order by the Seller takes place when the Seller dispatches the order. When the Seller dispatches the order the purchase contract will be made, unless the Seller notifies the Buyer that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.


The Seller shall not be liable for loss of profits, goodwill or data (whether direct or indirect) or any indirect or punitive damages relating to the Contract. The Seller’s liability under or in connection with the Contract shall not exceed the Price paid by the Buyer to the Seller. However, nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits the Seller’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation. The Seller shall use reasonable care and skill in performing its duties under the Contract. Except as expressly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions all warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law (whether as to fitness for any purpose or otherwise) are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaimed and excluded from any Contract.


The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects of the Contract shall be governed by the laws of the Isle of Man and the parties to the Contract submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man Courts of Justice.
